Software and Photography

Thu Oct 1, 2009, 1:27 PM
Been reading a very interesting book, "the Pragmatic Programmer". One principle that occurs in the book is DRY. Don't repeat yourself. Dont write the same code twice... This applies to photography as well. Why do people keep uploading 10 variations of the same photo. Every photo tells (or should tell) a story. If you upload several photos from the same photoshoot, you are doing something wrong. I do not want to se the same thing from 4 different angles. It is up to you to sort out the best one and upload it. Stop spamming. I know it is hard, and I know that i make the same misstake myself. But try to keep to the DRY principle.
